Draw Dollar Bill Day

Once upon a time, superhero teams had mascots. The Avengers had Rick Jones. The Justice League of America had Snapper Carr. And, for a very brief time, The Defenders had Dollar Bill. Okay, maybe Dollar Bill wasn't their official mascot, but that trendy, indy filmmaker stuck around the famous non-team long enough to make an impact. Brash and bombastic, Dollar Bill (real name: Aaron English) was also annoying, self-centered, and basically a big mouth. Despite all that, today we honor the bearded putz with "Draw Dollar Bill Day"!*   For my entry, I have Dollar Bill taking a Polaroid selfie in 1979 with Valkryie in the background.   The always awesome Dale Martin has Dollar Bill meeting his match!   Dollar Bill was created by David Anthony Kraft and Keith Giffen.   * If some of those words sound familiar, I pulled a Shia Labeouf and copied them from this post!
