The Major

  This was drawn on a placemat at Richards Restaurant around two o'clock today while I was waiting for my fried chicken. The Major is a member of The Brotherhood of the Tangerine Fez and hopefully a new supporting character for Those Funky Idiots, a comic strip I dabble with every five years or so.
