2018- A Radio Review
Tom Cherry's Old Time Radio Show wrapped up its 7th season on December 22, 2018 at the Farmland Community Center with our big Christmas show. 2018 has proven to be another fun year for our little Mom and Pop operation! We introduced a few new shows to our rotating original lineup including Pandor the Mystic, Tall Tales of the Old West and Love is a Heavy Burden. We loaded up the radio Winnebago and took the show on the road to perform for the Delaware County Retired Teachers Association and Union Chapel United Methodist Church. We were honored to have special guest stars such as Debby Girtman, Sean Heline, Cliff Lowe, Thomas Nelson III and Todd Terrell to share our little theatre of the mind! Perhaps most importantly this year we reintroduced “Tommy- Whose Mother Couldn’t Love Him” to the world! (No, no! Please there’s no need to thank us for that!)
Of course, our show wouldn’t be possible without the incredible talents of our amazing cast (The best radio cast since Mercury Theatre!): Wendy Carpenter, Sean Orlosky, Gabe Carpenter, Bob Green, Missy Donahue, Katy Wolfe, Angela Gick, Jeff Shull, Jeff Rapkin, Rita Wessel, Larry Beck and our favorite noisemakers, Judy and Jerry Cole! Thank you to each and every one of you!
Thank you to our volunteer extraordinaire, Cindy Lowe, who takes care of things we usually forget about before, during and after the show!

Finally a special thank you to our wonderful audience for supporting our radio madness for the past seven years!
Tom Cherry's Old Time Radio Show will be back to begin our 8th season on February 23 at 3:00 pm at the Center and we hope you will join us! So until next time, radio rangers, we’ll see you on the radio!
