Sign of the Times

I drove by a handmade sign earlier today that I thought said "BADASS BOAT FOR SALE". On second glace, I noticed it actually said "BASS BOAT FOR SALE". Which makes better sense. Because if you truly had a "BADASS BOAT" you probably wouldn't want to sell it.

So Long to the Greater Lower Valley!

Swann Song Revival

Swann Song Revivial is officially over. After five great performances, the Swann family's time in Pine Knob is over for now. I just want to thank all the good folks who attended the show and to our dear friends who helped volunteer. I love putting on shows, but it's always best when you share the stage with friends. Thanks to Rita and Roger Wessel, Hannah Kirkpatrick, and Judy and Jerry Cole for bringing the Swanns to life and for creating so much fun on stage. You folks are truly the best!

Swann Song's Swan Song

Swann Song Revival

Okay, so you didn't have a chance to see Swann Song Revival this past weekend because you had to wax your legs or had laundry to do or something boring like that. I understand. To quote Lennon, "Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans". Fortunately for you, peanut, you have two more chances to see the show this Thursday and Friday at the Farmland Community Center (100 N. Main St, Farmland, Indiana)!
Yes, performances start with dinner at 6:30 pm and with the show beginning at 7:00 pm. Tickets for the dinner and the show are $20.00 ($18.00 for seniors). Tickets for just the show are $10.00.
For reservations and more information, call 765-468-7631.
Two final chances until the Swann family disappear back into the mists of the greater lower valley! So don't be a rube! Go to the show!
